Cyclone Arnab has inflicted an estimated ₹500 crore damage on Andhra Pradesh's power sector, according to Energy Minister Gottipati Ravi Kumar. Emergency repairs are underway, with a particular focus on Palakollu, Bhimavaram, and Narsapur, the areas most severely affected. Approximately 1,700 personnel are engaged in restoration, bolstered by an additional 500 employees from DISCOMs and 500 more from Telangana. The government is ensuring ample resources for the swift replacement of damaged poles, snapped conductors, and transformers.

ऊर्जा मंत्री गोत्तिपाटी रवि कुमार के अनुसार, चक्रवात अर्नाब ने आंध्र प्रदेश के बिजली क्षेत्र को अनुमानित ₹500 करोड़ का नुकसान पहुंचाया है। पालक्कोल्लू, भीमवरम और नरसपुर जैसे सबसे ज़्यादा प्रभावित इलाकों में आपातकालीन मरम्मत का काम चल रहा है। बहाली के काम में लगभग 1,700 कर्मचारी लगे हुए हैं, जिन्हें DISCOMs से 500 और तेलंगाना से 500 अतिरिक्त कर्मचारियों का सहयोग मिल रहा है। सरकार क्षतिग्रस्त खंभों, टूटे कंडक्टरों और ट्रांसफार्मरों को तेज़ी से बदलने के लिए पर्याप्त संसाधन सुनिश्चित कर रही है।
