DRDO Scientist to Detail India's Maritime and Aerial Surveillance Technologies

D Seshagiri, director of DRDO's Naval Physical and Oceanographic Laboratory, will deliver a lecture on "Eyes in the Sky, Ears in the Waters" at the National Institute of Oceanography in Goa.
