चीनी राष्ट्रपति शी जिनपिंग ने नई दिल्ली में BRICS समिट के मौके पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से मुलाकात की। शी ने कहा कि दोनों देश एक-दूसरे की ताकतों से सीख सकते हैं और एक-दूसरे का समर्थन कर सकते हैं। नेताओं ने सीमा मुद्दों, व्यापार और निवेश पर चर्चा की और द्विपक्षीय संबंधों में प्रगति की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने सीमावर्ती इलाकों में शांति और स्थिरता बनाए रखने के महत्व पर भी जोर दिया। यह मुलाकात सात साल में शी की भारत की पहली यात्रा है।
