Angel One founder Dinesh Thakkar has purchased an entire 7-storey residential tower in Mumbai's Juhu for ₹711 crore. The 63,000 sq ft property, named 'Angelus', sets a new record for per square foot price in the area. Thakkar, who spent 40 years of his life renting, built Angel One into a leading digital fintech firm with over 67 lakh active clients and a market cap exceeding ₹27,000 crore.

एंजल वन के फाउंडर दिनेश ठक्कर ने मुंबई के जुहू में 711 करोड़ रुपये में एक पूरा 7 मंजिला रेजिडेंशियल टावर खरीदा है। 63,000 वर्ग फुट की इस प्रॉपर्टी का नाम 'एंजलस' है और इसने इलाके में प्रति वर्ग फुट कीमत का नया रिकॉर्ड बनाया है। 40 साल किराए पर रहने वाले ठक्कर ने एंजल वन को 67 लाख से ज्यादा एक्टिव क्लाइंट्स और ₹27,000 करोड़ से ज्यादा मार्केट कैप वाली एक बड़ी डिजिटल फिनटेक कंपनी बनाया है।
