Justice Vikram Nath to become next CJI

Justice Vikram Nath, a law graduate from Lucknow University, is set to become the next Chief Justice of India. He completed his law degree in 1986 and practiced at the Allahabad High Court for over 17 years before his elevation. Justice Nath previously served as Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court and was elevated to the Supreme Court in August 2021. His alma mater, Lucknow University's Faculty of Law, established in 1921, has a distinguished alumni base and has produced several prominent figures in the judiciary.

न्यायमूर्ति विक्रम नाथ होंगे अगले सीजेआई

लखनऊ यूनिवर्सिटी से लॉ की डिग्री लेने वाले जस्टिस विक्रम नाथ भारत के अगले मुख्य न्यायाधीश बनने वाले हैं। उन्होंने 1986 में लॉ की पढ़ाई पूरी की और इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट में 17 साल से ज़्यादा प्रैक्टिस की। जस्टिस नाथ पहले गुजरात हाई कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश रह चुके हैं और 2021 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंचे थे। उनकी यूनिवर्सिटी के लॉ फैकल्टी ने कई बड़े जज दिए हैं।
