PMK president Anbumani Ramadoss has urged the Tamil Nadu government to immediately release three months of pending salaries to employees of SAKHI One Stop Centres. These employees, paid between ₹10,000 and ₹22,000 monthly on contract, are facing severe financial hardship. The centres, funded by the Central government and established at 59 locations across Tamil Nadu, provide crucial support to women and children affected by violence. Despite ₹18.62 crore allocated in the State Budget, salary disbursement is delayed, forcing staff to borrow for basic expenses.

अध्यक्ष Anbumani Ramadoss ने Tamil Nadu सरकार से SAKHI One Stop Centres के कर्मचारियों का तीन महीने का रुका हुआ वेतन तुरंत जारी करने का आग्रह किया है। ये कर्मचारी, जिन्हें हर महीने ₹10,000 से ₹22,000 के बीच कॉन्ट्रैक्ट पर वेतन मिलता है, गंभीर आर्थिक तंगी का सामना कर रहे हैं। ये सेंटर, जिनका फंड Central government देती है और जो Tamil Nadu में 59 जगहों पर स्थापित हैं, हिंसा से प्रभावित महिलाओं और बच्चों को ज़रूरी मदद देते हैं। State Budget में ₹18.62 करोड़ आवंटित होने के बावजूद, वेतन देने में देरी हो रही है, जिससे कर्मचारियों को रोज़मर्रा के खर्चों के लिए उधार लेना पड़ रहा है।
