Uttar Pradesh Man Accuses Daughter-in-Law of Poisoning Son Over Property Dispute

A 74-year-old man in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, has accused his daughter-in-law and three others of attempting to murder his son over a property dispute. The complainant alleges that his daughter-in-law mixed poison into his son Murtaza's blood pressure medicine on September 2, intending to force him to transfer a plot of land to her name. When Murtaza's condition worsened, his wife allegedly tried to suffocate him. Police have registered a case against the four accused on court orders and have begun an investigation into the incident.

उत्तर प्रदेश के सहारनपुर में एक 74 वर्षीय व्यक्ति ने अपनी बहू और तीन अन्य लोगों पर संपत्ति विवाद को लेकर अपने बेटे की हत्या की कोशिश करने का आरोप लगाया है। शिकायतकर्ता का आरोप है कि उसकी बहू ने 2 सितंबर को अपने बेटे मुर्तजा की ब्लड प्रेशर की दवा में ज़हर मिला दिया था, ताकि वह उसे अपनी नाम पर एक ज़मीन का प्लॉट ट्रांसफर करने के लिए मजबूर कर सके। जब मुर्तजा की हालत बिगड़ी, तो उसकी पत्नी ने कथित तौर पर उसे गला घोंटने की कोशिश की। पुलिस ने अदालत के आदेश पर चारों आरोपियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया है और घटना की जांच शुरू कर दी है।
