Granite Baron Veeramani Faces More Abuse Allegations

More victims have provided statements to the police against granite baron R. Veeramani, alleging exploitation. Investigators found evidence suggesting at least nine minor girls were sexually abused by the businessman. A message sent to Veeramani indicated the exploitation of girls from impoverished families. Veeramani, along with associates Shanti and Mahendra Simhan, were arrested following an investigation into a case registered in October 2025.
