Israeli Minister Threatens Filmmakers' Citizenship Over Gaza Film

Israeli Culture Minister Miki Zohar has threatened to revoke the citizenship of filmmakers Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor. Their documentary, NAZA, which documents Israel's use of AI for alleged mass killings of Palestinians in Gaza, won the Special Jury Prize at the Venice Film Festival. Zohar called the film "vile" and accused the filmmakers of treason. The 80-minute film features testimonies from Israeli military personnel about an AI system used for targeted killings.
