The Kerala High Court has directed the State government to make a decision regarding the formation of an expert committee. This committee is intended to investigate alleged irregularities in the digital re-survey conducted during the previous government's tenure. The directive came in response to a petition alleging that irregularities in equipment tenders caused a ₹150 crore loss to the public exchequer. The government informed the court that the formation of such a committee, as recommended by the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, is under active consideration.

केरल हाईकोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार को एक विशेषज्ञ समिति के गठन के संबंध में निर्णय लेने का निर्देश दिया है। यह समिति पिछली सरकार के कार्यकाल के दौरान किए गए डिजिटल पुनर्सर्वेक्षण में कथित अनियमितताओं की जांच करेगी। यह निर्देश एक याचिका के जवाब में आया है जिसमें आरोप लगाया गया है कि उपकरण निविदाओं में अनियमितताओं के कारण सार्वजनिक खजाने को ₹150 करोड़ का नुकसान हुआ है। सरकार ने अदालत को सूचित किया कि विजिलेंस एंड एंटी-करप्शन ब्यूरो द्वारा अनुशंसित ऐसी समिति का गठन सक्रिय रूप से विचाराधीन है।
