Telangana HC Orders Impleading Successful Bidder in Radial Road Tender Case

The Telangana High Court has directed an infrastructure company, M/s Sushee Infra and Mining Limited, to implead the successful bidder in the Radial Road-II tender case. The company had filed a writ petition challenging its disqualification from the tender process. Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy stated the matter cannot be decided without hearing the successful bidder, as technical and financial bids have been opened. The petitioner claims its disqualification was illegal and arbitrary, citing an invalid experience certificate.

तेलंगाना हाई कोर्ट ने एक इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कंपनी, M/s Sushee Infra and Mining Limited, को रेडियल रोड-II टेंडर केस में सफल बोली लगाने वाले को शामिल करने का निर्देश दिया है। कंपनी ने टेंडर प्रक्रिया से अपनी अयोग्यता को चुनौती देते हुए एक रिट याचिका दायर की थी। जस्टिस बी. विजयासेन रेड्डी ने कहा कि तकनीकी और वित्तीय बोलियां खुलने के बाद सफल बोली लगाने वाले को सुने बिना मामले का फैसला नहीं किया जा सकता। याचिकाकर्ता का दावा है कि अमान्य अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र का हवाला देते हुए उसकी अयोग्यता अवैध और मनमानी थी।
