Dolly Parton's estate has sued her nephew, Bryan Seaver, alleging he made derogatory comments and violent threats. A Tennessee judge granted the estate a temporary restraining order against Seaver, who was formerly head of security. Seaver denies the allegations, stating his comments were taken out of context and were inside jokes. His aunts, Frieda and Stella Parton, have publicly supported him, denying any family feud. An injunction hearing is scheduled for October 7.
