Odisha is set to significantly boost its industrial landscape with five semiconductor projects planned, attracting over $4 billion in investments. These projects, including fabrication and advanced 3D chip packaging, aim to position the state in the global chip manufacturing value chain. Two of India's approved semiconductor projects will be established in Odisha, featuring the nation's first compound semiconductor fabrication and advanced 3D chip packaging units.
