ILV South Warehousing Parks Private Limited has purchased a 47.44-acre industrial land parcel near Bengaluru in Kolar district for ₹105.47 crore. The Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) allotted the land through a lease-cum-sale arrangement. Located in the Jakkasandra 2nd Phase Industrial Area, the property measures approximately 1,91,990 sq metres. This acquisition highlights the growing demand for industrial land outside major city centres for manufacturing and warehousing facilities.

ILV साउथ वेयरहाउसिंग पार्क्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने ₹105.47 करोड़ में बेंगलुरु के पास कोलार जिले में 47.44 एकड़ औद्योगिक जमीन खरीदी है। कर्नाटक इंडस्ट्रियल एरियाज डेवलपमेंट बोर्ड (KIADB) ने लीज-कम-सेल व्यवस्था के तहत यह जमीन आवंटित की है। जक्कासंद्रा 2nd फेज इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया में स्थित इस प्रॉपर्टी का माप लगभग 1,91,990 वर्ग मीटर है। यह खरीद बड़े शहरों के बाहर मैन्युफैक्चरिंग और वेयरहाउसिंग सुविधाओं के लिए औद्योगिक जमीन की बढ़ती मांग को दर्शाती है।
