The initiative by the state government and agriculture department aims to provide healthy meals at affordable prices. A special thali, including dal, organic rice, wheat roti, seasonal vegetables, salad, and raita, is available for just ₹75. The canteen also serves millet poha and organic tea for breakfast, with all water served in eco-friendly earthen bottles.
