Coca-Cola Considers December Filing For India Bottling Unit's $1 Billion IPO

Coca-Cola is reportedly considering filing a draft prospectus in December for an initial public offering of its Indian bottling unit, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. The company is seeking a valuation of approximately $10 billion for the unit, with the IPO expected to raise around $1 billion. Axis Capital and IIFL Capital have been added to the banks working on the deal. This move aims to tap into strong investor demand for new offerings in India and unlock value from a significant bottling operation.
