Karnataka Minister Directs Officials to Resolve Land Grant Hurdles

Karnataka Minister Rizwan Arshad has directed officials to address challenges faced by Udupi district residents in obtaining land grants and regularizing homes on government land. A meeting was held with forest minister Ramalinga Reddy and local legislators to discuss issues concerning the forest and revenue departments. Concerns were raised about the rejection of applications for regularizing houses and delays in surveying land. The revenue department assured that applications under Form 94C would be prioritized, and a technical committee will visit Udupi to find solutions.

कर्नाटक के मंत्री रिजवान अर्शद ने अधिकारियों को उडुपी जिले के निवासियों को जमीन आवंटन प्राप्त करने और सरकारी जमीन पर बने घरों को नियमित करने में आ रही चुनौतियों का समाधान करने का निर्देश दिया है। वन मंत्री रामलिंग रेड्डी और स्थानीय विधायकों के साथ एक बैठक आयोजित की गई जिसमें वन और राजस्व विभागों से संबंधित मुद्दों पर चर्चा की गई। घरों को नियमित करने के लिए आवेदनों को अस्वीकार करने और जमीन के सर्वेक्षण में देरी के बारे में चिंता जताई गई। राजस्व विभाग ने आश्वासन दिया कि फॉर्म 94C के तहत आवेदनों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी, और समाधान खोजने के लिए एक तकनीकी समिति उडुपी का दौरा करेगी।
