Former Manchester United captain Gary Neville believes managers sometimes need to be dismissed for their own well-being, citing his own experience at Valencia. This comes as Manchester United continues to back under-pressure boss Michael Carrick, despite a dismal run of eight games without a win. The team's recent 3-0 home loss to Bournemouth left them just one point above the Premier League relegation zone. Neville suggested the club's hierarchy is struggling with decision-making regarding Carrick's future.
