Aequs To Raise ₹650 Cr Via Preferential Issue

Contract manufacturing firm Aequs has approved raising up to ₹650 crore through a preferential issue of warrants to its promoter group. The company plans to use these funds to expand manufacturing capacity across its aerospace and consumer businesses, including its Hosur facility. This capital infusion will also support investments in subsidiaries and joint ventures, and general corporate purposes. The move aims to bolster the company's growth plans and provide a base for future term borrowings.

एक्वस ₹650 करोड़ जुटाएगी प्रेफरेंशियल इश्यू से

एक्वेस (Aequs) कंपनी ने अपने प्रमोटर ग्रुप को वारंट्स के प्रेफरेंशियल इश्यू के ज़रिए ₹650 करोड़ तक जुटाने की मंज़ूरी दे दी है। इस पैसे का इस्तेमाल होसुर सहित अपने एयरोस्पेस और कंज्यूमर बिज़नेस में मैन्युफैक्चरिंग क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए किया जाएगा। इससे सब्सिडियरी और जॉइंट वेंचर्स में निवेश के साथ-साथ कंपनी के सामान्य खर्चों को भी सहारा मिलेगा। यह कदम कंपनी के विकास की योजनाओं को मज़बूत करेगा।
