India's Census 2027 will commence with population enumeration in four poll-bound states starting from December 1. This crucial exercise aims to gather demographic data across the nation. Following this initial phase, the population count for the rest of the country is expected to begin in February of the following year. An exception will be made for snow-bound regions, which will have a different timeline.
