Noel Tata Proposes Vera Choksey's Induction Onto NCPA Board

Tata Trusts chairman Noel Tata has proposed the appointment of Vera Choksey, a shareholder in Tata Sons and sister of Jimmy Tata, to the board of the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA). The proposal designates Choksey as a nominee of the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust, which is the largest shareholder in Tata Sons. Choksey, a member of the Tata family, is also a trustee of the MK Tata Trust.
