Ola Electric Considers Rights Issue for Capital Raise

Ola Electric Mobility will consider a rights issue to raise fresh capital at a board meeting on September 28. This move aims to allow all eligible shareholders to participate. The company previously raised Rs 780 crore in June via QIP. Ola Electric faces pressure from competitors and has seen a decline in market share and revenue. Its operating revenues in Q1 FY27 were Rs 455 crore, down from Rs 828 crore a year earlier.
