India and Bhutan reviewed bilateral ties and development cooperation during EAM S Jaishankar's visit. They discussed regional issues and strengthening their partnership. Jaishankar met Bhutan's King and Prime Minister, reaffirming India's support for Bhutan's development goals. The visit saw the inauguration of a mother and child hospital and the foundation stone for a hydropower project. Agreements were signed for energy projects and a Line of Credit worth INR 4,000 crore.

विदेश मंत्री एस. जयशंकर की भूटान यात्रा के दौरान दोनों देशों ने द्विपक्षीय संबंधों और विकास सहयोग की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने क्षेत्रीय मुद्दों और साझेदारी को मजबूत करने पर चर्चा की। जयशंकर ने भूटान के राजा और प्रधानमंत्री से मुलाकात की और भूटान के विकास लक्ष्यों के लिए भारत के समर्थन को दोहराया। इस यात्रा में एक मदर एंड चाइल्ड हॉस्पिटल का उद्घाटन और एक जलविद्युत परियोजना की आधारशिला रखी गई। ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं और 4,000 करोड़ रुपये की लाइन ऑफ क्रेडिट के लिए समझौते हुए।
