Actor Chad Lowe and his wife, Kim Painter, have listed their Mar Vista home for $3.249 million, just weeks after the tragic death of their 13-year-old daughter, Fiona. The couple purchased the 3,239-square-foot property, featuring four bedrooms and Spanish-style architecture, for $3.15 million in March 2025. They have reportedly accepted an offer, though the sale is contingent on certain conditions. This move comes during an extremely difficult time for the family as they mourn their daughter's passing. Fiona died by suicide on September 29.
