Bihar ASI Kills Villager, Injures Three While Firing Indiscriminately

An assistant sub-inspector (ASI) has killed a 50-year-old man and injured three others by firing indiscriminately at villagers in Bihar's Madhubani district. The incident occurred around 1 AM when ASI Chandra Mohan Singh allegedly entered a villager's house and opened fire with his service revolver after being noticed. The victim, Vijay Yadav, was sleeping at home when the firing began. The accused ASI, posted in Balirajgarh, is currently on the run and has been suspended. Police have formed special teams to apprehend him and are registering a murder case.

बिहार के मधुबनी जिले में एक सहायक उप-निरीक्षक (ASI) ने ग्रामीणों पर अंधाधुंध गोलीबारी कर एक 50 वर्षीय व्यक्ति को मार डाला और तीन अन्य को घायल कर दिया। यह घटना रात करीब 1 बजे हुई जब ASI चंद्र मोहन सिंह कथित तौर पर एक ग्रामीण के घर में घुस गए और देखे जाने पर अपनी सर्विस रिवॉल्वर से गोलीबारी शुरू कर दी। पीड़ित विजय यादव घर में सो रहे थे जब गोलीबारी शुरू हुई। बलराजगढ़ में तैनात आरोपी ASI फिलहाल फरार है और उसे निलंबित कर दिया गया है। पुलिस ने उसे पकड़ने के लिए विशेष टीमों का गठन किया है और हत्या का मामला दर्ज कर रही है।
