Ex-Cop Sachin Waze Gets Bail in Antilia Case

A special NIA court has granted bail to former Mumbai policeman Sachin Waze in the 2021 Antilia bomb scare and Mansukh Hiran murder case. The court observed that the prosecution failed to establish a prima facie case of terrorism under the UAPA. It noted there was nothing on record to suggest the Ambani family was terrorised. The court also stated that the explosives found lacked detonators, making them incapable of causing an explosion, and that Hiran's death was an independent murder case.

सचिन वाजे को एंटीलिया केस में जमानत मिली

एक विशेष NIA कोर्ट ने पूर्व मुंबई पुलिसकर्मी सचिन वाजे को 2021 के एंटीलिया बम धमकी और मनसुख हिरन हत्या मामले में जमानत दे दी है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि अभियोजन पक्ष UAPA के तहत आतंकवाद का प्रथम दृष्टया मामला साबित करने में विफल रहा। कोर्ट ने कहा कि रिकॉर्ड पर ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है जिससे लगे कि अंबानी परिवार को आतंकित किया गया था। कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि मिले विस्फोटक में डेटोनेटर नहीं थे, जिससे वे विस्फोट करने में असमर्थ थे, और हिरन की मौत एक अलग हत्या का मामला था।
