SAD Open to Alliance With Any Party Except Congress & AAP: Sukhbir Badal

Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal stated that his party is open to forming alliances with any political group, excluding the AAP. Badal recalled the period of peace and development under the SAD-BJP governance, criticising the current AAP government's policies. He submitted a memorandum to the Punjab Governor seeking the dismissal of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and compensation for the family of murdered activist Parvinder Singh Jhota. SAD also demanded action against officials allegedly involved in the drug trade.

शिअद (SAD) के अध्यक्ष सुखबीर सिंह बादल ने कहा कि उनकी पार्टी आप (AAP) को छोड़कर किसी भी राजनीतिक समूह के साथ गठबंधन करने के लिए तैयार है। बादल ने शिअद-भाजपा शासन के दौरान शांति और विकास के दौर को याद किया और वर्तमान आप सरकार की नीतियों की आलोचना की। उन्होंने पंजाब के राज्यपाल को मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान को बर्खास्त करने और मारे गए कार्यकर्ता परविंदर सिंह झोटा के परिवार को मुआवजा देने की मांग करते हुए एक ज्ञापन सौंपा। शिअद ने ड्रग्स व्यापार में कथित तौर पर शामिल अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की भी मांग की।
