Jaishankar Warns Of Third Party Benefiting From India-China

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar stated that the ongoing standoff between India and China is not in the interest of either nation, as a third party will benefit. He mentioned conveying this message to China multiple times, even personally. Jaishankar noted that while relations have improved since the 2020 border clashes, a prolonged stalemate harms both countries. He believes that as border situations normalize, bilateral relations will also improve, benefiting both India and China.

विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने कहा कि भारत और चीन के बीच चल रहा गतिरोध किसी भी देश के हित में नहीं है, क्योंकि इससे एक तीसरा पक्ष लाभान्वित होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि यह संदेश उन्होंने चीन को कई बार, यहाँ तक कि व्यक्तिगत रूप से भी दिया है। जयशंकर ने कहा कि 2020 में सीमा पर हुई झड़पों के बाद से रिश्ते सुधरे हैं, लेकिन लंबे समय तक गतिरोध दोनों देशों को नुकसान पहुँचाता है। उनका मानना है कि जैसे-जैसे सीमा की स्थिति सामान्य होगी, द्विपक्षीय संबंध भी सुधरेंगे, जिससे भारत और चीन दोनों को फायदा होगा।
