MBBS Final Year Student Found Dead in Hostel Room

A final-year MBBS student, Shagun Saini, was found dead by suicide in her hostel room at Begrajpur Medical College in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Her roommate discovered the body hanging from the ceiling when she returned and could not get a response from inside the locked room. Police broke down the door and found no suicide note. Initial investigations suggest a possible dispute with a friend may have contributed to the incident, though the exact cause remains unclear.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुजफ्फरनगर में बेगराजपुर मेडिकल कॉलेज में एमबीबीएस फाइनल ईयर की छात्रा शगुन सैनी अपने हॉस्टल के कमरे में मृत पाई गई। उसकी रूममेट जब लौटी और अंदर से कोई जवाब नहीं मिला तो उसने दरवाजा खटखटाया। पुलिस ने दरवाजा तोड़ा तो छात्रा पंखे से लटकी हुई मिली। कोई सुसाइड नोट नहीं मिला। शुरुआती जांच में पता चला है कि किसी दोस्त से झगड़ा इस घटना का कारण हो सकता है, हालांकि असली वजह अभी साफ नहीं है।
