Indore Businessman Alleges Police Fined Him Despite Negative Alcohol Test

A businessman in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, has accused the police of wrongly issuing him a Rs 10,000 challan for drunk driving. Sachin Sisodia claims he was stopped by police and tested three times with a breathalyzer, all yielding negative results for alcohol. Despite his companion testing positive, Sisodia alleges police identified him as the driver and issued the fine, also accusing officers of misbehavior when he protested. Police, however, maintain the action was taken according to rules, stating Sisodia was driving the vehicle.

मध्य प्रदेश के इंदौर में एक व्यापारी ने पुलिस पर नशे में गाड़ी चलाने के लिए गलत तरीके से ₹10,000 का चालान काटने का आरोप लगाया है। सचिन सिसोदिया का दावा है कि पुलिस ने उन्हें रोका और तीन बार ब्रेथलाइजर से जांच की, लेकिन सभी बार शराब की मात्रा नेगेटिव आई। हालांकि उनके साथी की रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई, सिसोदिया का आरोप है कि पुलिस ने उन्हें ड्राइवर बताकर चालान काटा और विरोध करने पर दुर्व्यवहार का भी आरोप लगाया। पुलिस का कहना है कि सिसोदिया गाड़ी चला रहे थे और नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की गई।
