The incident occurred on September 12 when teacher Hina Bari entered the lift with Shweta Sube, who was with her dog. Bari alleged Sube prevented others from entering, leading to the altercation. CCTV footage shows one woman hitting the other with a stick and slapping her, with the other retaliating.
