Jos Buttler to miss England ODI series

England wicketkeeper-batter Jos Buttler is set to miss the upcoming One Day International series in Pakistan due to a hamstring injury. He was forced to retire during a recent ODI against Sri Lanka at Headingley. Buttler also sat out England's win over Sri Lanka at the Oval and will not be fit for the tri-series in October. Limited-overs coach Brendon McCullum confirmed Buttler's absence, stating it's disappointing but offers an opportunity to assess the team's capabilities without him. Jordan Cox may get another chance to play as wicketkeeper.
