Karl Bushby, a 57-year-old Briton, has been walking for nearly 28 years with the sole aim of reaching his mother's home in Hull, England. He began his 'Goliath Expedition', from the southernmost tip of South America. Bushby has covered approximately 50,000 kilometers across four continents and 30 countries, facing extreme challenges like crossing the Bering Strait and the Darien Gap. Visa issues and the COVID-19 pandemic caused significant delays, but he is now nearing his destination, expected in 2026.
