Serial Killer Surinder Koli Found Dead

Surinder Koli, once considered one of India's most notorious serial killers, has been found dead in Uttarakhand. He was sentenced to death 13 times for his role in the Nithari killings, where 19 bodies, mostly children, were found in 2006. After spending 19 years in jail, the Supreme Court acquitted him last November. Police suspect suicide, with a forensic team investigating the scene.
