UP Panel to Probe Suraksha Group's Compliance With Jaypee Wish Town Map

A five-member committee formed by the Uttar Pradesh government has begun examining Suraksha Group's work at Jaypee Wish Town. The panel will determine if the realtor adhered to the layout plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal and if funds collected from homebuyers were used for construction. Homebuyers had flagged irregularities after Suraksha took over the project in 2023 following Jaypee Infratech's bankruptcy. The committee will also assess construction progress, manpower deployment, and whether any unapproved structures were built. A report is expected within a month.

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने पांच सदस्यीय समिति बनाई है जो अब जेपी विश टाउन में सुरक्शा ग्रुप के काम की जांच कर रही है। यह समिति पता लगाएगी कि क्या रियल एस्टेट कंपनी ने नेशनल कंपनी लॉ ट्रिब्यूनल (NCLT) द्वारा मंजूर लेआउट प्लान का पालन किया है और क्या घर खरीदारों से मिले पैसे निर्माण में इस्तेमाल हुए। 2023 में जेपी इंफ्राटेक के दिवालिया होने के बाद सुरक्शा के प्रोजेक्ट संभालने पर घर खरीदारों ने कुछ गड़बड़ियां बताई थीं। समिति निर्माण की प्रगति, कर्मचारियों की तैनाती और क्या कोई गैर-मंजूर निर्माण हुआ है, इसका भी आकलन करेगी। एक महीने में रिपोर्ट आने की उम्मीद है।
