PM Ujjwala Scheme Beneficiaries To Receive Two Free LPG Cylinders

The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet has approved providing two free LPG cylinders to beneficiaries of the PM Ujjwala Scheme during the 2026-27 fiscal year. This initiative, previously announced by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, will distribute one free cylinder before Diwali and another before Holi. The first phase of refills will occur from October to December 2026, with the second phase from January to March 2027. The estimated financial burden on the state government is Rs 2,142.78 crore.

उत्तर प्रदेश कैबिनेट ने 2026-27 वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान पीएम उज्ज्वला योजना के लाभार्थियों को दो मुफ्त एलपीजी सिलेंडर देने को मंजूरी दे दी है। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ द्वारा पहले की गई इस पहल के तहत, दिवाली से पहले एक मुफ्त सिलेंडर और होली से पहले दूसरा सिलेंडर बांटा जाएगा। रिफिल का पहला चरण अक्टूबर से दिसंबर 2026 तक होगा, और दूसरा चरण जनवरी से मार्च 2027 तक होगा। राज्य सरकार पर अनुमानित वित्तीय बोझ 2,142.78 करोड़ रुपये है।
