इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने एक डिस्ट्रिक्ट मजिस्ट्रेट (DM) की कड़ी आलोचना की है। डीएम ने एक लॉ स्टूडेंट को NSA के तहत हिरासत में लिया था। कोर्ट ने कहा कि डीएम उस छात्र को एक मिसाल बनाना चाहते थे। यह कदम लोगों को सार्वजनिक जगहों पर बोलने और अपनी बात रखने के अधिकार का इस्तेमाल करने से रोकने की कोशिश लगी।
