Early Parliamentary Vote Begins In Russian Regions

Early voting for parliamentary elections has commenced in several Russian regions, including Donbass and Novorossia. Eight other border regions also have the option to hold early votes. This measure is being implemented for security reasons, allowing residents in these areas to cast their ballots ahead of the main election day.
