The Indian government, through its embassy in Riyadh and consulate in Jeddah, is coordinating with airlines and tour operators to arrange their return. Over the past week, approximately 3,000 stranded Umrah pilgrims have returned to India on available flights. The Ministry of External Affairs stated that arrangements are being discussed to facilitate the return of other pilgrims as soon as possible.
