A gym owner in Gurugram and Faridabad has shared insights into the profitability of the fitness business. Nitesh Yadav stated he has invested over Rs 3 crore in his two centers, generating approximately Rs 20 lakh in revenue monthly. However, after deducting operational costs like salaries, rent, and electricity, his personal take-home profit is only around Rs 2 to 3 lakh. He also mentioned a Rs 3 lakh monthly EMI for his initial investment, indicating that recovering the total investment could take about six years.

गुरुग्राम और फरीदाबाद में एक जिम मालिक ने फिटनेस बिज़नेस की कमाई के बारे में बताया है। नितेश यादव ने कहा कि उन्होंने अपने दो सेंटरों में 3 करोड़ रुपये से ज़्यादा का निवेश किया है, और हर महीने करीब 20 लाख रुपये का रेवेन्यू आता है। लेकिन, सैलरी, किराया और बिजली जैसे खर्चों को निकालने के बाद, उनकी अपनी कमाई सिर्फ 2 से 3 लाख रुपये के आसपास है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि शुरुआती निवेश के लिए हर महीने 3 लाख रुपये की EMI जा रही है, जिसका मतलब है कि पूरा पैसा वापस आने में करीब 6 साल लग जाएंगे।
