Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has backed Metasports Interactive, the gaming startup behind the mobile cricket strategy game Hitwicket. While the investment terms remain undisclosed, Tendulkar will be involved in the game's in-game experiences and brand activations. This follows a similar undisclosed investment by Harsha Bhogle in 2024. Hitwicket has raised over $23 million cumulatively and boasts a global player base of 20 million users across 120 countries.
