Jharkhand High Court Reserves Verdict On JPSC, CDPO, FSO Exam Cancellations

The Jharkhand High Court has reserved its decision on various petitions challenging the cancellation of advertisements for the JPSC 11th to 13th Civil Services Exam, CDPO recruitment, and FSO competition exam. Justice Deepak Roshan's court heard arguments from both sides, with the state government submitting a status report in a sealed envelope. The court has allowed both parties to submit written notes for further arguments. This follows a previous hearing where the court also reserved its verdict on the cancellation of the JSSC-CGL exam advertisement.

JPSC, CDPO, FSO परीक्षा रद्द होने पर झारखंड हाई कोर्ट ने फैसला सुरक्षित रखा

झारखंड हाई कोर्ट ने JPSC 11वीं से 13वीं सिविल सेवा परीक्षा, CDPO भर्ती और FSO प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के विज्ञापनों को रद्द करने को चुनौती देने वाली विभिन्न याचिकाओं पर अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है। जस्टिस दीपक रोशन की अदालत ने दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें सुनीं, जिसमें राज्य सरकार ने सीलबंद लिफाफे में एक स्टेटस रिपोर्ट पेश की। अदालत ने दोनों पक्षों को आगे की दलीलों के लिए लिखित नोट्स जमा करने की अनुमति दी है। यह पिछली सुनवाई के बाद हुआ है, जिसमें अदालत ने JSSC-CGL परीक्षा विज्ञापन को रद्द करने पर भी अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था।
