ED Attaches Rs 10.66 Crore Property in Patnitop Hotel Land Encroachment Case

ED has provisionally attached immovable properties worth approximately Rs 10.66 crore in Jammu and Kashmir's Patnitop. The action is related to a case involving hotel land encroachment and illegal construction. Four major hotels, including Holiday Inn, Broadway, Hollywood, and Mountview, are under scrutiny. The ED's investigation, stemming from a CBI FIR, revealed irregularities such as exceeding sanctioned building plans and operating without necessary permissions. This latest attachment brings the total value of properties seized in this case to around Rs 41.38 crore.
