Rizwan's Plea Dismissed, PCB Awaits Probe Report

Mohammad Rizwan's petition challenging notices from the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has been dismissed by the Lahore High Court. Chief Justice Aalia Neelum advised Rizwan to respond to the notices. The NCCIA is conducting a forensic examination of mobile phones belonging to Rizwan and Imam-ul-Haq. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will decide on disciplinary actions against the players based on the NCCIA's findings, which are expected next week.

रिजवान की याचिका खारिज, पीसीबी जांच रिपोर्ट का इंतजार

मोहम्मद रिज़वान की नेशनल साइबर क्राइम इन्वेस्टिगेशन एजेंसी (NCCIA) के नोटिसों को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका लाहौर हाई कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दी है। चीफ जस्टिस आलिया नीलम ने रिज़वान को नोटिसों का जवाब देने की सलाह दी। NCCIA, रिज़वान और इमाम-उल-हक के मोबाइल फोन की फोरेंसिक जांच कर रही है। Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) अगले हफ्ते आने वाली NCCIA की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर खिलाड़ियों के खिलाफ अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई तय करेगा।
