Early investor Blue Ashva Capital has exited iD Fresh Food, selling its entire stake for ₹50 Cr in a secondary transaction. Upsurge India, Triumph Global Fund, and White Whale Ventures co-led the deal, which saw approximately 1% of the company's equity change hands. This exit provides liquidity for Blue Ashva Capital's first-vintage fund, allowing them to reinvest in deeptech innovations. iD Fresh Food, known for its preservative-free products, has seen significant revenue growth and recently had a substantial minority stake acquired by Apax.
