This revised system, introduced by an order on July 10, requires an "approval in principle" from JDA before obtaining a fire NOC from the Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC). Architects are hesitant as the new procedure lacks clear standard operating procedures and potentially complicates the approval timeline, despite them resuming submissions.
