The Kerala State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has initiated a suo motu case regarding the alleged assault of a six-year-old girl by her mother. The incident reportedly occurred at Udiyankulangara, near Neyyattinkara, after the child deleted WhatsApp from her mother's phone. The commission has requested details from local police and child protection officers. While an FIR has been registered, the mother has not yet been arrested, according to the Parassala police.
