Young Tigress Found Dead on Rail Tracks in Nanded

A young tigress, aged three to four years, was discovered dead on the Kinwat-Nanded railway line near Madnapur in Nanded on Saturday morning. Forest officials suspect the animal was hit by a speeding train while crossing the tracks, a common wildlife corridor. Preliminary investigations have ruled out poaching, with all body parts found intact. This incident highlights the increasing conflict between expanding tiger habitats and human infrastructure, as tigers disperse into new territories.

शनिवार सुबह नांदेड़ के पास मदनापुर के निकट किनवट-नांदेड़ रेलवे लाइन पर तीन से चार साल की एक युवा बाघिन का शव मिला। वन अधिकारियों को शक है कि पटरी पार करते समय तेज रफ्तार ट्रेन की चपेट में आने से जानवर की मौत हो गई, जो वन्यजीवों के लिए एक आम गलियारा है। प्रारंभिक जांच में शिकार की आशंका को खारिज कर दिया गया है, क्योंकि शरीर के सभी अंग बरकरार मिले हैं। यह घटना बाघों के नए इलाकों में फैलने के कारण बढ़ते बाघ आवासों और मानव बुनियादी ढांचे के बीच बढ़ते संघर्ष को उजागर करती है।
