Moneyview Halves IPO Fresh Issue To ₹750 Cr

Fintech unicorn Moneyview has significantly reduced its IPO size after SEBI approval. The company announced it has halved the fresh issue component to ₹750 crore from ₹1,500 crore, and also trimmed the offer for sale. Proceeds will fund loan disbursals and bolster its NBFC subsidiary's capital. Moneyview, which entered the unicorn club in 2024, reported strong revenues and profits in FY25.

फिनटेक कंपनी Moneyview ने SEBI से मंजूरी मिलने के बाद अपने IPO का साइज़ काफी कम कर दिया है। कंपनी ने बताया कि फ्रेश इश्यू का हिस्सा ₹1,500 करोड़ से घटाकर ₹750 करोड़ कर दिया गया है, और ऑफर फॉर सेल भी कम किया गया है। इस पैसे का इस्तेमाल लोन बांटने और अपनी NBFC सब्सिडियरी की पूंजी बढ़ाने में होगा। 2024 में यूनिकॉर्न बनी Moneyview ने FY25 में अच्छी कमाई और मुनाफा दिखाया है।
