Oberoi Realty Profit Flat At ₹761 Crore, Revenue Declines 6% In Q2 FY27

Oberoi Realty reported a consolidated net profit of ₹761.65 crore for the second quarter of FY27, showing a marginal 0.2 per cent year-on-year increase. However, the company's revenue from operations saw a 6.1 per cent decline, falling to ₹1,670.95 crore compared to the same period last year. On a sequential basis, net profit rose by 40.1 per cent and revenue increased by 28.5 per cent. The company also announced an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share for FY27.
